Dr. Nada Marei, DMD

Dr. Nada Marei is a compassionate and dedicated general dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Marei is of Egyptian and Turkish background and is fluent in both English and Arabic. Dr. Marei earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and French and Francophone Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago Honors College. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry in 2025.

During dental school, Dr. Marei was highly involved in leadership, research, community service, and organized dentistry. She served as Secretary of the DMD Class of 2025, President of the UIC Dental Student Council, President of the Association of Muslim Dental Students, Vice President of the Middle Eastern Dental Student Association, Secretary of the American Student Dental Association, and held several other leadership roles. She is also involved with the National Arab American Medical Association and the Chicago Dental Society West Side Branch.

Her dedication to clinical excellence, leadership, research, and service has been recognized through several honors, including the Golden Scaler Award from the Department of Periodontics, the Dr. Walter E. Dundon Award for Clinical Excellence and Leadership, the International College of Dentists Student Humanitarian Award, the Illinois State Dental Society Foundation Scholarship, the Dr. Lina K. Tharp Award, and research awards from UIC College of Dentistry.

Since graduating, Dr. Marei has been practicing general dentistry and has gained valuable experience in comprehensive patient care, including restorative dentistry, crowns, root canal therapy, extractions, dentures, partials, periodontal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and molar root canal treatment. When she is not in the office, Dr. Marei enjoys spending quality time with her family and cats, playing tennis, and discovering new movies and shows.
