I was recommended Midwest family dental by one of my siblings and it was everything that he said and more Dr Saba is very polite kind professional and has great hands she is very skilled and. the staff is very polite and understanding this is my new go to dentist if you're having problems with your current dentist I recommend you go to them you will not be disappointed

I haven’t been to the dentist in so long so I was so grateful to start fresh with the Midwest Family. The ladies in the front desk were so sweet and attentive. My appointment was with Dr.Nada and her assistant Maria did an amazing job. They were so informative during and after the process. I did not leave confused about what my teeth were going through. They made me feel confident and encouraged to come back.

This office is great!! I used to have a dentist downtown but wanted to find a dentist where I actually lived and in network after I changed jobs. Midwest family dental checked both of those boxes but they also do fantastic work! I initially reach out to them because I had an old crown that failed and needed an appointment to assess and replace. They got me in the next day and have given me and my family great care ever since! They are great about communication and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend.

I was searching for a dentist office like this in Chicago for years. The front desk folks were welcoming and attentive. Dr Sabaa is a good listener and very compassionate. She addressed all of my concerns, laid out a treatment plan, did not try to upsell me, and was sensitive to my financial constraints since I don’t have dental insurance. The initial exam and cleaning was reasonably priced, painless and very thorough, and everyone was very professional, communicative, and caring. I’ll definitely be back, I’ve found my dental home in Chicago.

I highly recommend Midwest Family Dental! I have been going to Dr. Alaa Abu Sabaa for years and she is honestly one of the best. She has a very calming approach and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Her dental work is top notch! It’s the same with the dental hygienists and assistants, they are very experienced with a gentle approach and very professional. Everyone there is so friendly and approachable. I highly recommend!

What a great experience! I used to work at a DSO (dental support organization) and I have met a lot of dentists but Dr. Kaitlyn was AMAZING. Kind, gentle and walked through everything step by step. The whole staff did and honestly made me feel super at ease. Is it weird to say I’m excited to go back and hang with my besties? Because that’s what it felt like!!

My kids have been coming here since they were babies and now they’re 17 & 18! The Dr’s and staff are amazing! My son just did a non invasive whitening procedure due to yrs of medication that stained his teeth. We were guided through the process. My son had no discomfort and now smiling to his cheek bones! We are pleased with the results! I highly recommend Midwest Dental they are professional, friendly and family oriented!

I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. The staff is so nice and personable, especially Abby and Ashley at the front desk, they make sure you're doing okay during any procedure, My Kids been seeing Dr. Katelyn and her assistant Sheila for many years now, and she’s truly one of a kind. She’s easy‑going, patient, and incredibly professional, and she always takes the time to make sure my kids are comfortable and informed. I never feel rushed or overlooked—just genuinely cared for. I trust her completely with my little ones health and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The staff is always kind and very mindful of patient comfort. So if you are a nervous dentist person, come here. It’s been a few weeks since I had my two front teeth filled in. During that appointment, it was my first time in life (I’m in my 30s) getting local anesthesia. I hate needles and it was a breeze.

My teeth look great and the fill in was so natural. The dentist was so meticulous tand made sure I left with a perfect smile!
