I was going to another Dentist and I wasn't happy there. I called around to some other Dentist Offices and when I spoke to this office I just thought they sounded so nice over the phone. I went in for a first time cleaning and I absolutely loved everyone there! They are polite and very Professional and have always gotten me in for appointments even last minute. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone! 🙂

This place is awesome, they are very caring and very professional people. I was in for a filling replacement and filling. I barely felt anything when they were putting the anesthesia shots and the dentist walked me every step of the way. I felt very comfortable and wasn't scared or hurt in any way.

Everyone at Midwest Family Dental has Great customer service! The Dr. And dental assistant were very gentle when cleaning/polishing my teeth, and their prices on treatment are very reasonable. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

Midwest Family Dental has a staff that is absolutely amazing! From the front door to the back. I was immediately greeted by Maria, one of two front desk receptionist. Within minutes of my arrival I was already in a room, X-rays of my mouth were taken, kind of a long process but the staff knew exactly what they were doing. They were playing “Better call Saul” on the screen in front of me and they even asked me if I wanted to change the show?!? That was quite nice of them. Adriana came in assisted with the X-rays and she was very very nice and extremely careful when she was taking the X-rays. A few minutes later Dr. Satam walked in and introduced herself to me, very very polite and nice as well! She explained the X-rays to me and went through all details and answered all the questions I had without skipping a beat! Very knowledgeable. I unfortunately had to leave my appointment due to other appointments I had elsewhere but they were happy to book me for another appointment the following morning without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for anything related to their dental needs and/or anyone who has a phobia of dental work, they will definitely help you with any anxiety or concerns you may walk in through their doors. Thank you so much for the great experience today! Looking forward to seeing you all again!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a shameful amount of time before today, when I had my first visit at Midwest Family Dental. Z the dental hygienist was great and really put me at ease. She explained the whole process and was very encouraging. Dr. Satam was super knowledgeable and was willing to answer all my questions. She was gentle but thorough. They were able to do a full deep clean and fill a cavity at the same visit. They took my insurance and worked with me to make all of the necessary work financially possible. This was my first positive experience at the dentist and do not feel any anxiety at the prospect of going back for a follow up visit later in the year.
