Oral Surgery<\/h2>\n

If dental decay is left untreated it will spread to the tooth\u2019s pulp or nerve causing an infection and pain. To then treat the pain, a dental patient may elect to have the general dentistry procedure known as endodontic treatment or more commonly\u00a0as a\u00a0root canal<\/a>. This will remove the infected nerve within the tooth or require an extraction (complete tooth removal). In addition as wisdom teeth develop they may erupt at an odd angle causing pain or damage to other teeth in the mouth. We\u2019ll evaluate how the wisdom teeth are growing into your mouth and determine a dental recommendation to keep or have them removed.<\/p>\n
